Wayne Strong serves as the VP, Client Services of Healthcare IP. Wayne’s responsibilities include the management of Healthcare IP’s client services advocate teams that handles all aspects of implementation and training, enrollment services, billing and technical support and pre/post production support activities, including project management and all client requests. Mr. Strong inspires and manages a client advocate support team comprising senior client advocates and associate advocates that deliver industry best client services for our clients.
Prior to Healthcare IP, Mr. Strong held a number of operational and client service based positions with ClaimLogic, and ascended to head of implementation and training prior to his departure.
